The suites are the same size as each other, each with its own entrance off the courtyard, so you do not pass a front desk to reach your door. Breakfast is ordered à la carte the night before and included in the rate, then served in the suite, at the café or in the garden — the garden being the courtyard that the whole complex is arranged around.
No published rate, and with three suites the calendar is the real constraint rather than the price. Write or call well ahead.
Who it suits: one or two people, in Milan for the design or the fashion, who would rather stay inside the building that sets the standard than near it.
