Selloua is a publication, not a place that sells your stay. We hold no money on your behalf and we take no percentage of a booking. A reader finds your address here and contacts you directly, at your price.

Presence is offered after a Portrait is published, never bundled with it. It opens once your Portrait is live.

Who reads it

Selloua is written in English for travellers coming from the United States, Brazil, India, the Gulf, the United Kingdom and Russia. They are the long-haul guests you already spend your marketing budget trying to reach: they stay longer than a domestic guest, they take the larger units, and they often arrive with family.

They are also the guests a booking platform charges you the most to deliver. Every entry here ends in your own telephone number, so the reader contacts you rather than a funnel.

The Collection is new and we will not pretend otherwise: we publish no audience figures yet, because we would rather show you none than a number you cannot check. What we can tell you is how it is built. One page for every address and one for every city, each answering the question a visitor actually types — where to stay in Milan for a month, whether a London flat prices lower by the month than by the night.

Every reader who takes a direct contact leaves an email and tells us which market they travel from. That list is the asset, it is why the Letter exists, and it is the audience your Portrait sits in front of.

We will send you your own monthly views and contact clicks once your Portrait is live. Those are the only figures worth anything to you.

What we will not write

  • A rate we cannot verify. If your site does not publish one, the entry says the rate is not published and gives the reader your number.
  • A superlative. If an address is good, the facts carry it.
  • A claim you supply that we cannot check against your own published material.
  • A Portrait for an address that asks not to be published. Removal is one email, within one working day, and it is permanent.

The arithmetic

A booking platform takes roughly 18% of a night. 290 € is one night’s revenue for most of the addresses in this Collection, paid once, for a page that stays. That is the whole argument, and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up.

Unpaid editorial stays unpaid. Being in the Collection is not for sale; a Portrait is.
