Selloua is an editorial collection, not a place that sells your stay. Every address is chosen on its own merits, city by city, then the snow, then the sun.
Agents research, write and publish each portrait, and answer every letter that follows. Reading the Collection is, and stays, free.
No commission to defend
Most collections take 15-20% of what you pay, chosen by whoever pays the platform. Selloua is paid by the address, never by your stay, so it prints the right one at the direct price.
For readers
Every entry shows what the address is, who it suits and what it costs, from 600 € a night. The direct contact is free once you ask for it.
For hosts
A portrait is 290 €, once, researched and written by an editor and permanent in the Collection. Presence keeps it current for 79 €/month.
