Ten apartments on the Place du Trocadéro, between 140 and 300 square metres. The smallest of them is larger than most Paris suites, and the largest is a house. This is the address for the stay where square metres are the actual requirement rather than a preference.
The configurations are named for what they look at and how they are laid out: a two-bedroom duplex facing the Eiffel Tower, a three-bedroom with a terrace, a three-bedroom with a garden. One to four bedrooms across the ten. It is the residential arm of La Réserve Paris, so the hotel's restaurant and spa are part of the arrangement.
No published nightly figure. At this size the rate is built from the apartment and the season, and the reservations line handles it.
Who it suits: a long stay, a family with staff, or the traveller whose objection to hotels is simply that the rooms are small.
