The Letter is how the Collection arrives before you need it. Each issue takes one city, explains the quarters the way a resident would, and gives you a handful of addresses with the direct contact for each. It is free, and it will stay free.
What is in an issue
The quarters of one city, and which one to sleep in for a week, a season or a stay with family. Not a list of sights: the ground truth a visitor cannot know, which street, which floor, how far the walk.
Then the addresses themselves — serviced apartments, residences and small independent hotels — with what each one is, who it suits, the rate where the address publishes one, and the telephone number to call.
And the question worth asking that city: whether a month prices lower than a week, which airport is really the nearest, which weeks the whole city is full.
What is not in it
No commission. Selloua earns nothing from a stay you take, which is why an address can be in the Letter without having paid, and why the number we print is the owner’s own.
No offers, no countdowns, no rate we could not verify. Anything a host paid for is labelled “Sponsored by” their own name, in the same size as the rest.
One send an issue and nothing between. Leaving takes one click at the foot of any issue, and your address is deleted rather than kept.
