It is an 18th-century townhouse where General Dufour lived, and the book that led to the founding of the Red Cross was first printed in the building. Six categories of apartment, from 37 up to 120 square metres — 398 to 1,292 square feet — and every one of them has a full kitchen, not a kitchenette. The Courtyard Duplex has a Miele kitchen. There is no restaurant and no gym on site; Pilates and a trainer are arranged on request.

Who it suits: someone in Geneva for a month who would rather live in the Old Town with a real kitchen than on the lakefront with room service.
